Well, it’s 95% official so I think I can spill the beans. I’m moving to Maui on or about May 2, Red Queen in tow. I’ve spent the last few weeks mulling it over, talking to the RQ about it. No hurdles remain. Monday I will start the process of selling whatever I’m not taking with me and arranging shipping of my junk… Woohoo!

If you’re moving away from the Bay Area, Hawaii’s about the only place I can think of that won’t suck in comparison. A very lucky man, you are.
Back when I lived in San Francisco, I pondered the very same thing after a last minute trip using frequent flyer miles.
